Information We Collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect what you choose to give us:

• Your email address.
• Your primary use case, if you select one.
• Whether you express Home Assistant or caregiver/family interest.
• Any optional notes you write.

To operate and protect the site, we also record limited technical information with a submission: the page you submitted from, your browser’s user-agent string, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address used only for spam and abuse prevention. We do not store your raw IP address.

We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

• Manage your waitlist registration.
• Contact you about RemindRelay, including early-access invitations.
• Understand which use cases matter so we can build the right product.
• Prevent spam and abuse of the waitlist.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website.

Email Communications

If you join the waitlist, we may send you a confirmation email and, later, occasional updates about RemindRelay’s progress and early access. We will not flood your inbox.

You can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing hello@remindrelay.com. Where required, future marketing emails will include an unsubscribe link.

Data Storage

Waitlist data is stored using Cloudflare services (including Cloudflare D1) in a database dedicated to this marketing site. If confirmation email is enabled, your email address is also processed by our email provider, Resend, to deliver that message.

We use reasonable technical measures to protect this data. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your information. We do not rent your information. We only share it with the service providers necessary to operate the waitlist — currently Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and, where enabled, Resend (email delivery) — and only to the extent needed to provide those services.

Data Retention

We retain waitlist information while we evaluate interest in RemindRelay and prepare for launch. You may request deletion of your data at any time, and we will remove it unless we are required to keep it for a legitimate reason.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product and website evolve. When we make material changes, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
