The Service
RemindRelay is a reminder app for iPhone and Apple Watch. Reminders you create can escalate across channels you configure — push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, email, voice calls, webhooks, smart-home automations, and trusted contacts — until the reminder is acknowledged.
You must be at least 13 years old to use RemindRelay, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Not Medical, Not Emergency
RemindRelay is a productivity and accountability tool. It is not:
- Medical advice, or a substitute for professional care.
- A healthcare provider or a medical device.
- Emergency monitoring or an emergency response service.
Never rely on RemindRelay for medical, safety-critical, or emergency needs. For emergencies, contact your local emergency services.
Missed Reminders, Failed Delivery & Technical Errors
We are not responsible if a reminder or alert is missed, late, duplicated, or never arrives. This is the most important thing on this page — please read it.
Reminders and escalation alerts depend on systems we do not control: Apple’s push notification service, mobile carriers, email providers, messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, telephony networks, your device, your operating system settings, and your internet connection. Any of them can delay, drop, filter, or block a message.
Delivery can also fail for reasons on your side or ours, including:
- A device that is off, offline, out of battery, in Do Not Disturb, in Focus mode, in Low Power Mode, or with notifications disabled for RemindRelay.
- Notification permissions revoked, an expired push token, or the app removed or force-quit.
- A carrier blocking or filtering SMS, a full mailbox, a spam filter, or a blocked number.
- Incorrect contact details, an expired trusted-contact consent, or a plan quota that has been used up.
- Time-zone, daylight-saving, or scheduling edge cases.
- Service outages, maintenance, bugs, data loss, or errors in our own software or in our providers’ systems.
We do not guarantee that any reminder or alert will be delivered, delivered on time, delivered once, or delivered at all, and we do not guarantee any particular uptime or accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, harm, missed obligation, missed medication, missed appointment, or other consequence arising from a reminder that did not arrive, arrived late, or arrived more than once — including where the failure results from a defect, outage, or error in RemindRelay itself.
Do not use RemindRelay as your only safeguard for anything important. Keep an independent backup — another alarm, another person, or a system designed for safety-critical use — for anything where a missed reminder would matter.
Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
RemindRelay offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Plus, Pro, and Family) on monthly or annual terms. Paid plans raise messaging limits and unlock additional channels and features.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price for your selected plan.
- You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.
- Current prices are shown in the app before you purchase. Prices may change; we will tell you in advance, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Purchases are processed by Apple, not by us. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms — we cannot issue them directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with statutory cancellation or refund rights, those rights apply and nothing here limits them.
Messaging & Consent
SMS, WhatsApp, and voice escalation only reach a phone number after the person who owns it has given their own explicit consent in the app. A trusted contact or caregiver must opt in before they can be included in any escalation, and can withdraw at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. See the SMS Consent & Messaging Terms for details.
You are responsible for having permission to send reminders to anyone you add as a contact.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use RemindRelay to harass, threaten, or repeatedly contact someone without their consent.
- Send unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive content through any channel.
- Abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to compromise the service or its infrastructure.
- Circumvent plan limits, quotas, or billing.
- Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, or that we reasonably believe is causing harm. You may stop using RemindRelay and delete your account at any time from within the app.
Your Content
Your reminders and the contacts you add remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service — to store your content, and to transmit it through the channels you configure. We do not sell your content and we do not use it for advertising.
Apple App Store
These terms are between you and WeaveHub Technologies LLC only — not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for RemindRelay or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for RemindRelay.
If RemindRelay fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to RemindRelay, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, or consumer protection claims. Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any third-party claim that RemindRelay infringes intellectual-property rights.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Intellectual Property
The RemindRelay name, branding, app, website content, and design are owned by WeaveHub Technologies LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.
Warranty & Liability
RemindRelay is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeaveHub Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; for any missed, late, duplicated, or undelivered reminder or alert; for any technical error, outage, bug, or data loss; or for any decision made or not made in reliance on the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 50 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions or limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms. When we make material changes to these terms, we will revise the “last updated” date above and, where the change is significant, notify you in the app. Continuing to use RemindRelay after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and nothing here removes your right to bring a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right.

In short: RemindRelay is not a medical device or an emergency service, and reminders can fail to arrive. Never rely on it alone for anything safety-critical. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, and the SMS Consent & Messaging Terms for messaging specifics.
